JES repairs all its own products and many third-party products in-house. To ensure an optimal repair process, we need your help.

Before you return material to us, hand it over to us at your premises or deliver it directly to us, we ask you to fill in a return delivery note. This contains all the information we need to process your repair quickly and reliably. This also ensures that we can inform the named contact person about the repair progress and obtain repair decisions.
